Mitchell & Ness, a premier worldwide supplier of sportswear and premium streetwear has agreed a lease on a new UK distribution facility at Westcott. The facility known as Building 1000 is set on two acres of the Park.
The deal comes on the heels of significant growth and expansion for Mitchell & Ness which agreed a 10-year lease on a 24,440 sq ft distribution warehouse incorporating 4,000 sq ft of offices with owners PATRIZIA Hanover Property Unit Trust.

Last year, Mitchell & Ness International Ltd was acquired by global digital sports platform Fanatics, and a strategic ownership group comprised of some of the most prominent names in sports, entertainment and business including Jay-Z, Maverick Carter, the D’Amelio family, Lil Baby and more.
The move will enable the fast-growing business to create a further 10+ jobs on top of its existing 18-strong workforce, with the new Westcott facility at the heart of its UK operations.
Founded in 1904, Mitchell & Ness has established itself as a pioneer of authentic nostalgic jerseys, licensed lifestyle product, street fashion apparel and headwear with sales in 80+ countries.

In 2014, the business acquired Refuel Brand Distribution, which was based at Westcott. Then, in 2017, they rebranded the company to Michell & Ness International. Before the acquisition, the business had been working with Refuel as a distributor since 2012.
Mitchell & Ness is investing millions of pounds in renovating Building 1000 before moving out of its current 16,786 sq ft facility. The fit out will include a steel-based mezzanine, consisting of a value-added services area and sample rooms, along with a new showroom. The distribution facility is expected to be fully operational by February, while the offices will be completed by April 2024.
