This is the final letting within Building 4000 with Units A and B pre let to the Satellite Applications Catapult’s In Orbit Space Manufacturing and a Healthy Living Laboratory operations.

The new Building 4000 development is a result of investment by industry and government, together with a £3.7m outlay from Westcott owners PATRIZIA Hanover PUT, which enabled a matched funding grant of £2m, from the Getting Building Fund (GBF) through the Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).  Building 4000 is centrally located at the junction of Wellington Drive and Avenue A at Westcott, on the A41 between Aylesbury and Bicester.
